Shipping and delivery
- Packages to Spain normally arrive within 1-3 days from the date we confirm the order
- Packages to Europe normally arrive within 1-5 days from the date we confirm the order
- Packages to rest of the world normally arrive within 3-10 days from the date we confirm the order
- Items are shipped from our warehouse in Spain
- Ridrué is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery
- Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Custom duties must be paid by the buyer at the moment of delivery.
Return policy

- You can return the product within 10 days of delivery
- The product must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed) with tag
- To avoid customs charges please mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’. Please also include order number and order date
- Transport is not refundable
- There is no charge to exchange items for a different size in case of stock availability
- Items on sale are not refundable, however you can exchange them
- Items on outlet are final. They are not refundable and cannot be exchanged
- Shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you
- Items exchanged are not refundable. Re-shipment on first exchange is at our own costs. Other shipments are at customers’ cost.

- Your refund will be processed and credited to your original form of payment
- The refund will not include shipping costs
- Please give us 30 days once we received and inspect the return to receive a refund
